Harvard Beets


1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 (16 oz) cans whole beets, drained


Mix sugar and flour and stir in the water and vinegar. Place beets in Crock Pot, pour the vinegar-sugar mixture over them and stir to coat. Cover and cook on high for 4 to 5 hours. 4 to 6 servings
