2 lbs ground beef
2 cup oatmeal or cracker crumbs
1 large onion or 2 small onions, diced
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 cup ketchup, plus extra for topping
Mix together all of your ingredients in a bowl. Spray your crock pot with cooking spray.
Press your ground beef mixture into your crock pot and make a groove down the middle. Top with as little or much ketchup as you desire.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
1 (18 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup chopped onion
2 (16 ounce) packages little wieners
Stir together barbecue sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, onion, and wieners in the bowl of a slow cooker. Cook on LOW for 2 hours, or until ready to serve.
3 large chicken breasts*
1 and ½ cups water
½ tablespoon olive oil
¼ cup honey
2 tablespoons sriracha, or more if needed for extra spiciness
1 tablespoon ketchup
salt and pepper, to taste
½ tablespoon flour
Spray non-stick cooking spray all around the slow cooker. Place the chicken breasts into the slow cooker.
In a medium-sized bowl; together the water, olive oil, honey, sriracha, and flour. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce on top of the chicken breasts.
Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
2-4 Chicken Breasts
3 Garlic Cloves, smashed and chopped
1 Teaspoon Dried Basil
½ cup Soy Sauce
½ cup Ketchup
⅓ cup Honey
2 cups carrots (or choice of veggie)
Place all ingredients into crock pot. Cook on high for 3-4 hours.
2lbs of pork spareribs
1½ cups ketchup
1½ Tbsp seasoned salt
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup white vinegar
Place pork ribs into crock pot. Mix remaining ingredients together in a separate bowl and pour over ribs.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-7 hours.
