1 pork shoulder roast, 3 to 4 lbs, trimmed
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed (6 oz)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground allspice
3 tablespoons flour mixed with 3 tablespoons cold water Place roast in slow cooker/Crock Pot; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine juice concentrate, brown sugar, nutmeg, and allspice; pour over roast. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Reduce heat to low and cook for 8 hours. Before serving, skim juices and pour cooking liquid into a small saucepan. Whisk in the flour-water mixture. Bring to a boil, stirring, and continue cooking until thickened. Serve gravy with the pork roast.
4 qts. unsweetened applesauce
7 C. granulated sugar
1-1/3 C. brown sugar
5-1/3 T. cider vinegar
5-1/3 T. lemon juice
2 teaspoon. cinnamon
2 teaspoon. allspice
1 teaspoon. ground cloves
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker/Crock Pot or roasting pan. Cover and cook 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Remove lid and continue cooking until excess liquid cooks away (turn to low as necessary) Slow Cooker 5-8 hours, oven 3-5 hours Seal mixture in hot jars and process in a hot water bath for 10 minutes. Makes approximately 8-10 pints.
8 Cups day old bread, cubed
3 Cups Granny Smith apples, peeled cored and cubed
1 Cup chopped pecans
8 Whole eggs
1 Can evaporated milk
1/2 Cup apple cider or apple juice
1 Cup packed light brown sugar
2 Teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 Teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 Teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
Place bread cubes, apples, and pecans in buttered Crock-Pot®.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Pour over bread and stir thoroughly.
Put lid on Crock-Pot® and start cooking on Low for 3 to 4 hours.
Top with caramel sauce, ice cream, or whipped topping.

1 1/2 pounds lean beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
3 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon oil
1 3/4 cups Kitchen Basics® Original Beef Stock
1 can (6 ounces) frozen apple juice concentrate, undiluted
1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick Gourmet™ Thyme
1/2 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Allspice, Ground Jamaican
1/2 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Black Pepper, Coarse Ground
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled, cut into 1-inch chunks
2 medium apples, such as Golden Delicious or Jonagold, peeled, cored and cut into 1 1/2-inch chunks
Coat meat with flour. Heat oil in large saucepan or Dutch oven on medium-high heat. Add meat in batches; cook 5 minutes or until browned. Place meat and remaining ingredients in slow cooker; toss to coat well. Cover
