1 2-4 lb beef pot roast#maybe chuck or even sirloin.
1 pk of Lipton onion soup (dry}
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Put beef roast in crock pot spread cream of mushroom soup over roast then sprinkle dry onion soup over mushroom soup. Cook roast for 6 hours at high temp or 12 at low. Will make its own gravy but may add water and flour after roast is taken out of crock pot if more and thicker gravy is desired. meat is so tender and juicy.
